By accessing and using the Apex Virtual Assistants website at apex-va.co.uk, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Apex Virtual Assistants provides VA matching and placement services. The specific terms of any engagement, including pricing, hours and deliverables, are agreed separately between Apex and the client before any work commences.
On Demand task requests are subject to a separate quote agreed before work begins. Once a quote is accepted, work is undertaken on the agreed scope. Amendments beyond the original scope may incur additional charges agreed in advance.
Monthly retainer engagements require a minimum commitment of one calendar month. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice to info@ava-va.com. Apex reserves the right to terminate an engagement if its terms are breached.
Work produced by Apex assistants for clients becomes the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Apex retains no rights over client deliverables once payment is received.
Apex Virtual Assistants is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability in any circumstances is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
